Threatened by a company representative (Robert) that they will not solve my issue if I do not remove the bad review. The issue itself is that I received a lower quality product (LCD display) than the kind I paid for (OLED). Checked more reviews, turns out they quite often send fake or lower quality products, and also call the customers to ask to remove the bad reviews.
